Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Print-on-Demand Apparel (T-Shirts)
Our T-shirts are made to order through a print-on-demand partner. This means each item is printed specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this custom production process, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for apparel unless there is a defect or an error in printing.
We will gladly replace an item if:

The wrong item was sent
If you receive an item with any of the issues above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem so we can make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into processing and cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order details, size selections, and email address before submitting.
