Lord, You are my God.

Is this not the perfect prayer?

When you are afraid—Lord, You are my God.
When you are sick—Lord, You are my God.
When circumstances overwhelm—Lord, You are my God.

When the path ahead feels uncertain—Lord, You are my God.
When your heart is heavy and you don’t know what to pray—Lord, You are my God.
When you’re waiting for answers—Lord, You are my God.

This simple prayer anchors our hearts in the truth:
He is near.
He is faithful.
He is in control.

No matter what comes, we can rest in the confidence that the same God who spoke the world into being holds every detail of our lives in His hands.

And so we pray—
Today and every day:
Lord, You are my God.
